DECORATION
In Mould color
The color injection is a technique by adding a color masterbatch during the forming process. Since the color is injected in the forming process directly, there’s no peeling problem with this color design solution. It can be applied to various materials such as acrylic, PP, PET, PETG, HDPE, etc. it can be solid and semi-transparent colors.

If you prefer to add PCR material to the packaging, solid color is the only suggestion.

This is the perfect time to have your desired color be a part of the material itself, rather than added later..
INNER/OUTER SPRAY
Spray painting can be applied in several ways, including the inner and outer parts of bottles/jars and caps. Since all the Pantone colors are available, the only thing you need to do is to decide the color you prefer and provide Pantone numbers to us accordingly.

In this process containers are sprayed to attain the desired effect — from a frosted look, a textured feel, a single custom color background for further design finishing, or in any conceivable design combination with multiple colors, fades, or gradients.
SILK SCREEN PRINTING
Silk screening is the process in which ink is pressed through a photographically treated screen onto the surface, one color is applied at a time, with one screen for one color. The number of colors required determines how many passes are needed for silk screen printing. You can feel the texture of printed graphics on the decorated surface.
HOT FOIL/STAMPING
Different from silk-screen printing, the biggest feature of Hot-Stamping is to utilize foil paper, stamping metallic text or logo on the surface of packaging by heat and pressure.

Hot stamping produces a shiny and luxurious appearance on bottles, jars, and caps. Colored foils are often gold and silver, but brushed or opaque colors are also available per your special request design.
METALIZING
The metallization method, also called "Electroplating", is covered on the exterior surface of bottles, jars, or caps. Since it has clearer reflections and is shinier than "Metallic Spray Painting", your products will be altered into a modern and realistic metal look.

This technique replicates the look of clean chrome on containers. The process involves heating a metallic material in a vacuum chamber until it starts to evaporate. The vaporized metal condenses on and bonds to the container, which is being rotated to help ensure uniform application. After the metalizing process is completed, a protective topcoat is applied to the container.
SOFT-TOUCH
Soft-touch is a known surface treatment on the plastic component that gives sensational feedback on the fingertips.
This spray gives a soft and smooth coating to the product which is highly addictive when touched. Soft Touch is very popular for baby care and skin care products to give that touch-me feeling. It can be sprayed onto most products including the caps.
